Shivanugrana Lalitha Kala Trust (R), 7th phase, JP Nagar, Bangalore, is an art institution providing traditional Bharatanatyam education from a Nolistic perspective. Founded by Vidushi Smt. Latha Ramesh, this institution was inaugurated in 2014 by the auspicious hand of her guru, Karnataka Kalashri awardee Dr.Smt.B . K VASANTHALAKSMI .

It works hard to help each of its Students build a cultured life through the fusion of science and the arts.Students of this institution nave participated In many competitions and won prizes, giving individual and group programs. This institute has been providing training at junior, senior and Vidwath levels. The Students here nave cleared the junior, senior and Vidwath examinations conducted by Gangubai Hangal University with good ranks and also successfully completed the dance exams conducted by Gandharva Manavidyalaya, Mumbai.

This institute has the distinction of providing all the necessary training to 6 Students of this institute to successfully complete their Ranga Pravesha(Aranget ram) program and thus providing promising dancers to the world of dance. This organization, which has the motto Our Culture is Our Pride , is working for the survival and development of the art of dance, which is a reflection of the culture of our country.

About Artistic Director And Teacher

Vidushi Smt. Latha Ramesh holds first rank in Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A) from Mysore University and was honoured with hattrick gold medals.She had a passion towards fine arts from her childhood. She did her initial training in Bharatanatyam under Smt. Vidya Hebbar.Her passion to pursue dance got fused with Guru Karnataka Kalashree B.K. Vasanthalakshmi and has completed her Masters Degree in dance from Bangalore University.

She is an approved Doordarshan artist and has performed extensively all over India in major dance festivals and is recipient of the "Shivashakthi award- 2016" from the Shivashakthi Dyana Mandira Bangalore, also "Ajantha Natya Nidhi Award" from the Ajantha International Cultural Society (R) in 2022.
